We stayed in a magnificent former palace with high ceilings and lots of little extras. The exclusive room was spacious and beautiful, with antiques and paintings. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the city center and located in a lovely district with shops and restaurants.

Can't fault anything about it.

The rooftop patio had beautiful views. The staff at the morning breakfast and the rooftop bar were very good.

We had three different hotel managers during our five night stay. One did not have the key to onlock the front door in the morning. And it took 15 minutes to locate the key. We nearly missed an appointment because of this delay. The internet did not work on the provided computer in the room. Beds were not turned down every night.

The size and quality of the suites were quite nice. great breakfast room, wonderful terrace bar and very ggod room service.

I did not like the darkness of the lobby even though it was probable set up this way to replicate the period from which it originates. There is no on site lounge or restaurant.

Our stay at this hotel was truly luxurious. The exclusive amenities provided were beyond our expectations. The room was spacious and elegantly decorated. The continental breakfast offered great choices and satisfied our craving. The Bar/Lounge area was perfect for a nightcap, and the private facilities were top-notch. The hotel's location provided easy access to all the tourist sites. Service was exceptional and personalized.

I liked the history associated with the hotel.

Everything I did not like would be considered a complaint, so I cannot offer any comment.

The age and the style/history of the palace really gave you a feeling for Florence

We were unable to get to our room when we arrived as the previous guest had not checked out we spent one night in one room and the other in our original room, i do not blame the hotel and they were as accomadating as they could be with limited rooms available.

The location is great, close to all the major attractions and restaurants but hidden away for quieter moments. It's within walking distance to famous museums like the Gallery of the Academy and other sights. The palazzo rooms are grand, opulently decorated with high ceilings and historic furniture. Guests will enjoy the luxury amenities including private tours, outstanding breakfasts, beautiful rooms with coffee and tea available all day, and a great rooftop bar with splendid views of the city.

Some guests may find the location not as close to the main attractions as others.

The room was magnificent. It was very large and very clean... a very special place. We adored it.

The bell boy was not so friendly. It may have been because we tipped at the end and we should have tipped at the time he helped with our luggage.

The Easter weekend at the hotel was amazing! We loved the spacious and comfortable room. The breakfast was great, with a lot of delicious options to choose from. The location was fantastic, as it allowed us to be close to all the main attractions. We also enjoyed the hotel's rooftop terrace with breathtaking views.

The lack of attention to detail in the bathroom was a bit disappointing. The shower head was a bit rusty, and there was no soap holder in the shower.

The hotel offered a tasty breakfast with a great selection of food. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was close to all of the attractions we wanted to see. The staff was friendly and accommodating, which made our stay enjoyable.

The rooms were a bit noisy, as we could hear other guests walking around and talking in the hallway. The bathroom could have been cleaner, as there were a few stains and marks on the sink and bathtub.
